Hilton Pittsburgh

The 713-room, 25 story Hilton Pittsburgh is strategically located at Gateway Center, where the three rivers come together, giving the hotel great visibility and access.  Immediately surrounding the 3.22 acre property is a mix use of downtown residential and commercial real estate.  The hotel consist of 45,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, lounge, gift shop, fitness center, business center, and concierge lounge. 

 

Shubh Hotels Pittsburgh, LLC purchased the hotel in May 2006.  A PIP renovation was planned and work began in January 2007.  In addition, major construction calls for a new HVAC system and a totally new guest bathrooms.  The second phase of renovation calls for an expansion of the front of the hotel in order to add more meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, and an expanded health club. 

 

 

The Cornhusker, A Marriott Hotel

The "grand, old" Cornhusker Hotel was built in 1930, and demolished and rebuilt in 1982 as the "new" Cornhusker Hotel.  In May 2004, Shubh Hotels Lincoln, LLC purchased the hotel.  After an extensive $8 million renovation, the hotel was flagged a full-service Marriott Hotel.

 

The Cornhusker Marriott sits on a 2.08-acre parcel in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, and consists of 297-rooms, 45,600 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, lounge, gift shop, swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and concierge lounge.  The building is a rectangular, ten-story structure.  There is a four-story, 400-space parking garage connected to the hotel, which is owned and operated by the City. 

 

The Cornhusker Marriott is a short distance to the State Capital and University of Nebraska.  The hotel has two vans for transporting guests locally, including Lincoln Municipal Airport which is four miles away. 

 

Guest Suites of Boca Raton

The Guest Suites of Boca Raton, built in 1989, is a full service hotel offering 183 exterior all suite units.  The property consists of a four-story, U-shaped building with all suites facing a garden-styled courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool.  There is a one-level café and bar in the courtyard next to the swimming pool.  The guest rooms consist of two-room suite design of approximately 350 square feet in size.  The property contains two meeting rooms of similar size, each with a divider, for a total of approximately 3,100 square feet of dedicated meeting space. 

 

The Guest Suites of Boca Raton is strategically located in Boca Raton, Florida just off Interstate I-95, situated on the west side of 53rd Street, on block north of the intersection of NW7th Avenue and Yamato Road.  The hotel is situated in a strong corporate market in the Arvida Park of Commerce.  Major companies in the area include Office Depot, IBM, NCCI, Siemans, ADT/Tyco, Rail America and Casi Rusco.  The Hotel provides the ideal location conveniently located between Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach International Airports, the hotel is just minutes to Boca Raton's finest beaches, world class shopping, dining, golf and tennis. 

 

Shubh Hotels Boca, LLC purchased the hotels in April 2002, and completed a $2.5 million renovation during the remainder of that year and the first half of 2003.  Starting in 2007, the hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation by converting all the exterior suites to interior.  This will be accomplished by placing a roof structure over the open courtyard of the four-story U-shaped building and adding rooms across the open U-shape of the building. 

 

 

 

 

 

Springdale Hotel & Conference Center

Shubh Hotels Springdale, LLC recently purchased this hotel in May 2007.  Plans call for renovating the hotel into a Renaissance Hotel by Marriott.  The hotel was built 26 years ago as a Sheraton, later flagged a Ramada, and is currently independent. 

 

The 253-room, 10 story Springdale Hotel & Conference Center is located off of I-275 at Rt. 2 in Springdale, Ohio, a north suburb of Cincinnati.  Immediately surrounding the 8.5 acre property is a mix use of residential, restaurants and commercial real estate.  The hotel consists of 12,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, lounge, gift shop, fitness room, swimming pool, hot tub, and an abundance of free surface parking. 

 

 

 

Other Hotels

 

 

In addition to Shubh Hotels' full-service owned hotels, the company has several third party management agreements with smaller hotels owned by lending institutions and other investors.  In these management agreements Shubh Hotels acts as an independent contractor providing management skill and experience, in addition to staffing the hotel with trained associates to run the day to day operation.
