Overview

Shubh Hotels, LLC is a privately-owned real estate investment and asset management company specializing in the acquisition and management of hotels using a variety of franchise brands. Our corporate office is located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Our Vision is to grow asset value by obtaining a superior return on investment. 

Our Mission is to improve the hotels we own and manage by consistently providing an environment with comfortable surroundings for our associates and guests.  This will be accomplished by attention to detail in all areas of our hotels, and by listening and responding to both praise and criticism. 

Our Approach is to continue to purchase existing hotels in selected markets that we identify as having the opportunity to provide superior investor returns.

This is accomplished through identifying needed solutions to hotels in markets that show good potential. Our hands-on style of management is focused on driving revenue and controlling cost for profitability and return on investment.
